exquisite stay
friendly staff maintained room
i enjoyed the friendly and accommodating staff. christiano's entertainment was a highlight of my stay. the room was clean and well maintained throughout my visit, though i wished for a slightly larger balcony.
The music by the pool was repetitive. The same few christmas carols played constantly. i found the music selection a bit annoying. a change to something more upbeat would improve the poolside atmosphere.

The resort had exquisite grounds with an excellent location near local attractions. This included a pool area with a pool bar with great service! the pool area provided a clean and relaxing atmosphere.

The a la carte restaurants provided amazing options! i particularly enjoyed the turkish restaurant. I had lunch there multiple times. the italian restaurant was fantastic. The greek restaurant also stood out as a great choice.

I had a relaxing experience, the hotel team were always helpful and efficient. i appreciated the complimentary airport pick up in a comfortable vehicle. The grounds are well maintained. Staff were excellent.

The room featured high-quality furnishings, included two double beds, and had its own separate showers. wcs. the room was VERY spacious and clean, and decorated with great taste.

the hotel shared its grounds with a larger hotel from the same group. this allowed access to multiple facilities. a PRIVATE beach featured a great team, free water, and free snorkeling equipment.

excellent stay!
turkish restaurant attentive staff helpful reception
I found the turkish restaurant to be quite good, i even had lunch there three times! the snack bar at the pool offered great food too. the staff were really attentive. Andrew at reception proved very helpful. harry at the pool bar was awesome.
the wheelchair accessible room had a view of a flat roof. i also found the two separate beds inconvenient.

comfortable vehicle beautiful grounds friendly staff spacious room
i appreciated the convenient free airport pickup in a comfortable vehicle. the hotel grounds were fine and meticulously maintained. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. my room was spacious and well-appointed, it featured two rooms, each including a double bed and private showers and wc.
The music near the pool sometimes was a bit too loud. It had a strong bass.

a rather average stay, i suppose
watery eggs dry pastries
my room included complimentary bottled water, a detail i neither asked for nor particularly minded.
The breakfast buffet felt repetitive after the second day. The same dry pastries and watery scrambled eggs was every morning. frankly, i expected more variety from a so-called 'luxury' hotel, the bread reminded me of it was from yesterday.
