I found the turkish restaurant to be quite good, i even had lunch there three times! the snack bar at the pool offered great food too. the staff were really attentive. Andrew at reception proved very helpful. harry at the pool bar was awesome.
the wheelchair accessible room had a view of a flat roof. i also found the two separate beds inconvenient.

the pools looked well-kept, and access to the beach was convenient. i noticed three distinct pools available. the beach features a fine reef accessible to those who enjoy snorkeling.

The a la carte restaurants provided amazing options. The italian and greek restaurants stood out for their quality. soho square featured very good indian and thai restaurants. Drinks were consistently great across all venues, and i noted this with satisfaction.

i appreciated the convenient free airport pickup in a comfortable vehicle. the hotel grounds were fine and meticulously maintained. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. my room was spacious and well-appointed, it featured two rooms, each including a double bed and private showers and wc.
The music near the pool sometimes was a bit too loud. It had a strong bass.

the team at the beach offered excellent service with complimentary water throughout the day. ahmed manga and mina wardy offered kindness and hospitality. hussein youssef kept my room very clean, always available for assistance!

The staff was very friendly and cute. its location in the heart of soho square is fantastic. the beach has beautiful corals and fish. I think it is the best beach along sharks bay for snorkeling and diving. soho square is very fun. the swimming pools are fabulous, especially the main pool.

a rather average stay, i suppose
complimentary waterwatery eggsdry pastries
my room included complimentary bottled water, a detail i neither asked for nor particularly minded.
The breakfast buffet felt repetitive after the second day. The same dry pastries and watery scrambled eggs looked every morning. frankly, i expected more variety from a so-called 'luxury' hotel, the bread was like it was from yesterday.

the staff are friendly and cute. i really liked the location near soho square. the beach has corals and fish, so snorkeling and diving are good. (i especially enjoyed the beach!)
i found the food to be just okay at best. sometimes the food was only lukewarm. it was difficult to book a table at the hot rocks restaurant. we tried, but there was zero availability.
